In 1996, a Brazilian official and a Swedish journalist journeyed into the Amazon to meet the Korubo tribe, isolated from contemporary civilization. The so-called first contact was documented, and the footage became a sensation, showing a world previously unseen. Decades later, the material resurfaces, raising questions about the morality of the expedition and the relationship of white outsiders to Indigenous cultures. When the Swedish journalist returns after 30 years, not everything goes as planned: the Korubo tribe demands compensation and insists on the right to tell their own story.
