Three American doctors travel to Gaza to save lives, only to find that medicine is intertwined with politics.
As attacks intensify and medical infrastructure lies in ruins, the doctors must make critical triage decisions, tend to suffering children, and work under constant threat. Despite differences in background, experience, and temperament, they are united by a strong sense of professional and moral duty. While saving patients, they also hold the U.S. government accountable, navigating the political dimensions of the conflict. From Gaza’s hospital wards to the halls of American power, the film depicts the struggle for human life and truth.
