For the band's 20th anniversary, Efterklang members landed in Skopje with only guitars and a dream to play with Macedonian musicians. How will this project develop?
Andreas Johnsen’s film is a charming tour of both the Balkan country’s musical culture and a dive into the alternative creative process of one of Denmark’s most exploratory bands, where no one looks askance at you if you suddenly pick up a water glass and play with a small spoon.
