Anne-Julie Lalande works in sales and distribution at Filmoption International, where she has contributed for the past three years to the international circulation and release strategies of documentary and fiction films, building on earlier experience in festival programming, preselection, and the development and launch of independent cinema initiatives in Montreal. With a background in film studies from Concordia University, she brings a strong understanding of both audience development and market positioning. At Filmoption, she has supported films presented at major festivals including Berlinale, Fantasia, and CPH:DOX, including Bedrock - winner of Best Polish Film at Millennium Docs Against Gravity 2025.
