Signe is a Swedish-Dutch script consultant and curator with extensive industry experience. She has worked as a commissioner, story editor, and program designer, with a strong focus on coming-of-age stories and young audiences. She began at Bos Bros, later serving as buyer and commissioning editor at KRO and Nickelodeon. At Cinekid, she developed Kids & Docs with IDFA and launched Cinekid for Professionals and later led the annual co-production market Holland Film Meeting. From 2017–2021, she was a film commissioner at the Netherlands Film Fund. Signe authored the report Really? REALLY on the state of Dutch youth documentary in 2024. In 2025, she designed and moderated a youth documentary workshop at IDFA in collaboration with Doxs Ruhr and the D4K Alliance. She consults and teaches internationally, and has worked with Berlinale Talents, Torino FilmLab, Cine Qua Non, IDFA, and others.
