I have been with Telewizja Polska (TVP) since 2015, initially focusing on VOD programming, where I worked primarily with scripted content, including TV series, feature films, and documentaries. In 2022, I joined TVP’s International Relations team, where I oversee the film festival presence of TVP’s productions and co-productions. I also play a key role in the Heart of Europe Festival & Forum team, contributing to strategic planning, partner relations, and program development. Since 2021, I have served as a juror at Prix Italia, including terms as President of the Jury for the digital categories in 2021, 2022, and 2024. Outside my professional work, I co-founded Poland’s first Feminist Book Club in 2017, which has grown to nearly 4,000 members nationwide. In 2024, I began curating the Women’s Cinema series at Warsaw’s Kino Amondo, highlighting the work of female directors and promoting an inclusive and intersectional approach.
