Nora Särak is an Estonian film professional based in Prague, with over six years of experience in international documentary project coordination. Since 2018, she has worked at the Institute of Documentary Film, where she currently serves as East Doc Coordinator. She is involved in the organization of the East Doc Platform and coordinates the East Doc Market. With a background in fine arts and documentary directing, she brings a filmmaker-centered perspective to her work.
