Fatih Abay is a film industry professional specialising in talent development, diversity and inclusion, and skills training for emerging filmmakers. Currently serving as Senior Studies Manager at Talent Bridge (T-Port) and Project Coordinator and Advisor at Future Skills Lab (Filmuniversität Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF), he works across the talent development pipeline – from empowering first-generation and international film students to providing emerging filmmakers with industry access and professional training. Previously Diversity & Inclusion Officer at the European Film Academy for nearly four years, Fatih continues to work as a consultant, facilitator, and coach committed to creating accessible pathways for the next generation of filmmakers.
