Stephan Liskowsky is a documentary filmmaker, writer, and producer known for his distinctive narrative perspective and his interest in social, cultural, and scientific topics. He studied journalism and East Slavic studies in Leipzig and was a DAAD fellow in Moscow, before beginning his career as a reporter for major German broadcasters. Together with Dinah Münchow, he co-founded Farbfilmer Filmproduktion, where they develop, produce, and direct films for the big screen. Their work has been recognized with numerous awards.
