Marina Baibarza is a producer, director, and the founder of Process Films. She holds a Master’s degree in Film Directing from the Academy of Art and Design in Łódź, Poland. Marina develops short and feature projects, providing comprehensive project guidance with a focus on strong authorial vision, clear production strategy, and international co- production potential. In 2026, she was selected for Producers in Focus, the industry programme of Euro Connection, held within the framework of the Festival du court métrage de Clermont-Ferrand. Her current short documentary project Kyiv Under My Wheels received the DAE Talent Encouragement Award at Bratislava Industry Days 2026 (Works in Progress), presented by the Documentary Association of Europe during Febiofest Bratislava.
