Biljana Tutorov is a writer, director, and producer whose work centers on women-driven stories. With studies in art history, film anthropology, and acting, she founded CIRCLE training initiative and is an inaugural Diane Weyermann Fellow, a European Film Academy member, and a frequent festival juror.
